Serious question… How many times a week do you wash your hair? Well for me it used to depend on my workout schedule. That was before I discovered dry shampoo because let’s be real… HIIT hair is a thing. Would you believe I just started using dry shampoo like a year ago?! My life is forever changed, ha.
But really, I usually workout in the morning and then I’m on the go immediately afterwards. That means washing my hair is usually out of the question. I was so excited to hear that lululemon launched a self care line with dry shampoo, deodorant, and more. They have a new “On the Go Sweat Kit” which is perfect to keep in your gym bag! It’s also great for traveling if you are one of those people who workout on vacation (I’m trying to be…haha).

I’m all about having a little glisten on my face, but I don’t need a post workout sweat glow. That’s just not cute. So when I’m running from a workout to a meeting or something I’ll just do a quick rinse at the gym. However, I’m usually still so hot from my workout that it’s hard to pull on new clothes so quick. Anyone know what I mean? Well, lululemon has a new cool down lotion that has a cooling effect to instantly calm your skin and it dries in record time with no sticky feeling.
Now what else is important to getting ready after a workout? I don’t have time to put on a full face of makeup either so mascara, eye liner and some lip balm is enough to get me through most of the day. And that’s a wrap!
