Our influencer trip to Four Seasons Tamarindo was a complete dream! My life was as busy as it could get, and a secluded getaway to reset and recharge was exactly what I needed. This trip was exactly that—a breathtaking retreat nestled in one of the most remote and untouched corners of Mexico’s Pacific coast.

Remote Bliss

The journey to Tamarindo itself is an adventure, with the hotel situated in a private nature reserve that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We flew into Puerto Vallarta and then Four Seasons took us in a small plane down to their private landing strip close to the hotel. Let me just say that was an experience! The property is so big that once you pull up to the gate it’s still about a 25-minute ride down to the lobby of the hotel but from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special!

We were greeted with a cocktail bar to make our own drink topped with a scoop of delicious sorbet. That’s when you know it’s going to be a good trip.

Cliffside Suite:

A Slice of ParadiseI was lucky enough to stay in the Cliffside Suite, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was. Perched high above the ocean, the suite offers panoramic views that are nothing short of spectacular. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs and stepping out onto a private terrace to see the sun rising over the Pacific. The suite itself is luxurious yet intimately connected with nature, blending modern comforts with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Dining Delights

The culinary offerings at Four Seasons Tamarindo are as impressive as the setting. Each restaurant on the property brings something unique to the table:

The last night we were so spoiled by a private dinner on the lawn!

One of the most unique and memorable experiences during my stay was participating in a Temazcal ceremony. This traditional Mexican sweat lodge ritual is designed to purify the body, mind, and spirit. Guided by a knowledgeable shaman, the experience takes place in a small, dome-shaped structure where volcanic stones are heated and water infused with herbs is poured over them to create steam. The ceremony is both physically and spiritually cleansing, offering a deep sense of renewal and connection to ancient traditions. It was an incredible way to ground myself and fully embrace the tranquility of Tamarindo.
