SCOTTSDALE OUTFIT IDEAS

It’s another “Travel Tuesday” and I’m talking Scottsdale outfit ideas! I was there this past weekend for another wedding…I told y’all this is my year of weddings! I’m not complaining because all of these weddings have given me the opportunity to travel a lot. I’m actually heading back to Scottsdale at the beginning of June (not for a wedding!), and am excited to explore more of the city. We didn’t have much time with all of the wedding festivities, but I really want to go hike in the McDowell Mountains where we took these photos.

You probably saw me post this one shoulder romper over the weekend on Instagram. Since it was a destination wedding and in the desert, I figured I could get away with this cute romper instead of a dress for the rehearsal dinner. It’s not too casual, and these turquoise earrings make any outfit look stylish for spring or summer! I’m personally a huge fan of rompers and jumpsuits because I have a short torso so they make my body look elongated.

SHOP OUTFIT #1

This outfit was planned for a post wedding brunch, but that didn’t happen… I should’ve figured, haha. Considering I was with my best friends from back home in Oklahoma and my besties from Dallas there was a heavy amount of wine flowing the entire weekend. However, I am so in love with this denim crop top. I’m not normally a fan of crop tops because I don’t like to show off my mid section. The braided detail with bow tie on the back of this top are SO amazing that I decided to go for it and buy it. By wearing the top with these high waisted white linen pants it solved the problem of my tummy showing at all. Last, how perfect is this gorgeous color block clutch for summer?! I carried it to the wedding with this yellow maxi dress, and it will pretty much go with everything.
