A cool summer dress is always required for the Texas summer heat. This one just so happens to be a perfect fit for those hot summer days. Don’t get me wrong I love the summer, but when your clothes are sticking to you because it’s so incredibly hot you have to have a few lightweight casual dresses in your closet.
