I asked you all a couple of months ago for recommendations on daily moisturizers with SPF and got some great responses! I started using La Mer moisturizer back in the winter (so obsessed!), but when the summer months approached I realized I desperately needed a moisturizer with SPF. Quite frankly, I hardly wear a full face of make up every day. Soooooo…..I decided at the age of 30 it’s probably time to protect my skin better. FYI…I have super oily skin just to let y’all know!
DAILY SPF MOISTURIZERS
Skin Balancing Ultra-Sheer Daily Defense SPF 30: This was the winner for me! I absolutely love it because of how sheer the moisturizer goes on. I can literally wear it all day without feeling like I need to wipe off the mass amount of oil that usually builds up on my face over a few hours. Plus, it’s SPF 30 which I kinda feel like anything over that doesn’t matter… Just my opinion! And, it’s only $30!
Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47: This was my runner up. I was skeptical about Josie Maran because of the argan oil considering I have extremely oily skin already… BUT, it really didn’t make my skin feel more oily than normal! The smell is the best thing about this daily moisturizer!
Kate Somerville Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ Anti-Aging Sunscreen: I don’t have a ton of aging issues yet, but this moisturizer is one I think would be great for anyone who does want anti-aging protection. It helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles by allowing the moisturizer to go deep into the skin, but leaves the SPF at the surface of the skin for ultimate sun protection.
Laura Mercier ‘Flawless Skin’ Moisture Crème Broad Spectrum SPF 15: If I wore make up on a daily basis then I would say this moisturizer would be a great choice. I use a CC Cream with SPF 50 so I wouldn’t be concerned about it only being SPF 15. This is a deep moisturizing cream for anyone with normal to combination skin.
Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Moisturizing Balm SPF 25: I definitely think this is a great daily moisturizer with anyone who has dry to normal skin. It was wayyy to thick for me, and made my skin look like I was a shiny mess. However, I’m still a Bobbi Brown fan!
