BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING TIPS WITH COASTAL

How do you all shop on Black Friday? Are you one of those people who wake up ridiculously early to get to the stores? Or are you like me and shop online from the comfort of your own home? When it comes to Thanksgiving break I don’t plan on putting on makeup or getting out of my pajamas much… Just to give you a visual I’ll be sitting on my couch in pajamas, no makeup, hair up in a messy bun, and wearing my new Coastal glasses. #sexy 😉

Let’s be real… “Black Friday” isn’t really Friday anymore. Which is why online shopping is the way to go! I’m sure you’ve noticed a TON of stores release their deals on Thanksgiving Day now. So if you can shop the same deals online after stuffing your face with turkey and pie then why would you waste your time at the stores? That’s tip #1 for shopping Black Friday this year.

5 Black Friday Shopping Tips

• Shop online 🙂 Aka…my gift guide series!
• Create your shopping list now
• Sign up for your favorite brands emails + mine!
• Check for deals Thanksgiving Day
• Chill out… Most sales last all weekend these days

Besides shopping online for Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday raise your hand if you look at a computer screen all day? Me! My eyes have really started to bug me from looking at the computer screen for so long… But, what can you do if that’s the nature of your job? Well, I started hearing about digital protection lens glasses so I did some research.

Anyone who looks at a computer screen all day needs these glasses. Basically, these glasses help your eyes adjust to the harsh light that comes off your computer screen (or phone). I 100% need these because my right eye has been having random episodes where shooting pain will go through my eye. Probably not a good thing…

After wearing my Coastal glasses over the last few mornings I’ve noticed the random pain has gone away. Seriously. So next week when I’ll be on the computer for several hours shopping Black Friday deals I will totally be wearing my new glasses.

If you are in the market for a new pair of glasses you should really check out Coastal. I haven’t bought a new pair of glasses in a very long time, but remember them being somewhat expensive. However, all of the glasses on Coastal are extremely affordable and now through November 30th they are having “buy one, get one free”!! Just use code: OnesmallBOGO

Also, a few things when you are purchasing glasses online… First off, know your face shape so you can choose the right frame size. Coastal has a MyFit tool is perfect for narrowing down the frames that will fit correctly. Although I like big frames because I hate seeing the rim in my peripheral vision. You can see I am all about the big frames from the two pairs of glasses I picked out! Last, be sure to have the correct prescription information so ask your optometrist!

I'm wearing Kam Dhillon 3076 Chloe Gold and Kam Dhillon 3066 Jasmine Bengal!

  1. Great tips! I think most people get caught up in the idea of black friday and the craziness to actually relax and enjoy it for what it is. I definitely think online shopping is the way to go! After being stuck for hours in stores crammed against people, online shopping sounds wonderful.

  2. These are great tips. I have a list of things I might buy this black Friday. Last year I got a bunch of furniture at West Elm and this year I’m looking at a new camera and a dyson vacuum. Fingers crossed!
