Eataly…where do I even begin. This past weekend I took a girls trip to Chicago with three of my best friends from college. Every time I get together with these girls I forget how much fun we have. Shopping, reminiscing on old times, laughing and of course eating. I couldn’t have planned a better weekend.
The absolute highlight of the trip was Eataly…ah-mazing! Seriously this place was my heaven. Wine, pasta, pizza, cheese platters, and more wine. I think I could have been content staying there the entire day. If they put one of these in Dallas I just might be there every day (secretly hoping they do open one though!). We indulged in several glasses of wine, exquisite italian foods and caught up on life. It was the perfect getaway weekend.
{Life Lesson}: Good friends never grow apart no matter how far the distance is in between.
