Winter White

Snow days growing up in Oklahoma, and now living in Dallas are rare…but when we do have one I love bundling up in chunky sweaters and scarves! Sunday morning I bundled up and braved the treacherous drive back to Oklahoma (only a short 3 hour drive which turned into 5 hours) for my best friends baby shower. Sadly she didn’t make it up for her own shower because of the ice and snow! When the highway is a frozen sheet of ice what do you do… I will take the snow over ice any day. At my parents house in Oklahoma it was just that…a snowy winter wonderland. There’s something about wearing winter white when snow on the ground that just seems appropriate. I found this snow leopard sweater a few weeks back at Target and can’t get enough of it! Then I found the infinity white scarf which matches perfectly. I’m not usually a hat person, but when it’s 29 degrees outside I will definitely be wearing this new furry hat. And my four legged friend is the best winter white accessory of all!
