It’s time to get creative in my closet! Like I mentioned before this month I’m really trying to wear more of what I already own. Sometimes I wear the same outfit over and over because I know certain pieces work well together. However, I’m stepping outside the box and putting my styling skills to work. I wore this black leather skirt to fashion week and consistently throughout the fall, but haven’t thought about wearing it since it’s so cold. Then I found these polka dot tights and had a light bulb moment as I was standing in my closet. I needed to add some color to the outfit so I immediately thought: scarf. When I added the scarf then instantly I thought of my bordeaux purse. I tried everything on, walked to my full length mirror and was pleasantly surprised! These moments are the best when I stop overthinking and let my mind work it’s magic!
