SOPHISTICATED SUMMER

Morning friends! So normally I tend to stick with skinny jeans because I have such little chicken legs, but I really do love a good wide leg pant. I found these wide leg linen pants while I was doing a styling session a few weeks ago for a cute college girl from Baylor. She needed some sophisticated business outfits for her upcoming internship abroad so my first stop at the mall was Ann Taylor. While she was trying a few things on I went browsing around the store where I found these crazy comfortable pants. I immediately went home and ordered them after we finished up that day!

I love these wide leg linen pants because they are a good summer pant for work or fun. I don’t have an actual office to wear them to, but they would be great for a client meeting paired with a white sleeveless blazer. I styled a similar outfit with white wide leg pants for the RewardStyle Conference a few months ago. The outfit became on of my favorite looks that month. Last week, I wore the pants with this white lace off the shoulder top to the Cadillac Dinner Party. I wanted my outfit to be sophisticated since Cadillac is a sophisticated brand. However, it was a Friday night so I knew I’d be going out after and this top gave the outfit a bit of sexiness!
