WEAR NOW, WEAR LATER: NORDSTROM SALE OUTFIT #1

Good morning! I hope you all are having a great weekend thus far! I’m finally catching up on my sleep after the craziness over the last few days. I’m sure you all are fully aware that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale started on Thursday for Early Access (card holders). I definitely shopped my heart out, and found some absolutely amazing deals on so many things!

Today I’m super excited to be sharing my first “Wear Now, Wear Later” post which is a series I started last year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Basically, I take one item and show you all how to style it right now during these hot summer months, and then again in the fall. That’s one of the awesome things about this sale is you can find tons of amazing new fall merchandise on major sale, but there are also great things to purchase and wear right now! Like this gorgeous floral tie sleeve top!

WEAR NOW

For the “Wear Now” look I decided to pair the top with this amazing black denim skirt. Also, I snagged these amazing black studded heels which are to die for… This entire look is my take on edgy feminine chic. It’s dressy enough for some that you could wear it to work, but if it’s too much the entire outfit is perfect for a date night out. This pretty taupe crossbody brought the entire look together for the ultimate “Wear Now” outfit.

Even though this shirt is long sleeve it’s a great work shirt for anyone to wear right now, and it comes in a few different colors. So now let’s talk about how to transition this shirt into a “Wear Later” look!

WEAR LATER

The simplest way to transition this shirt into the fall season is switching the skirt for a great pair of skinny jeans. I snagged these frayed hem jeans during the Nordstrom sale which fit so good, and I’m loving the frayed hem trend right now. I know you can’t see the hem, but for the fall season, I had to choose these amazing black over the knee boots to wear with this outfit. These boots are seriously super comfortable and come in a tan color too. If there is one pair of shoes you should invest in during this sale it’s 100% a pair of boots!

Another item you should invest in during this incredible sale is anything cashmere! I’m telling you that you will NOT find a better deal than during the Nordstrom Sale on cashmere. This cashmere sweater vest was an easy purchase decision since it’s on sale for just under $100! The vest is such an easy way to make this outfit a perfect “Wear Later” look!
