SWEATER DRESS SEASON
Hello Friday! Y’all it’s cold and rainy here… And I love it! It’s the perfect fall weather to cozy up and sip a PSL. Or later this evening I’m heading to meet some friends for happy hour at this cozy bar. Definitely going to be wearing one of these sweater dresses because sweater dress season is here! I think my favorite one is the white sweater dress because it’s always so hard to find a good one and I finally did.
Although, the brown sweater dress is a little less form fitting and I haven’t been eating the healthiest… haha. It’s so cute with my new white booties which I’m so happy I decided to buy. Since it’s still cool out right now you can see I decided to pair each sweater dress with booties, but another reason I love sweater dresses is because they look great with regular boots too.
SHOP THE OUTFIT
If it’s a bit chilly outside you can always throw a suede or leather jacket over your dress. Another thing I always pair with my sweater dresses is a plaid scarf or patterned scarf. Most sweater dresses are solid colors so adding some print or pattern with accessories is super easy. Like wearing some leopard print booties!
Like I mentioned earlier, I love this boxy sweater dress because if you are feeling a little “blah” about yourself it’s way more comfortable that jeans. If it’s too baggy on you then just add a simple belt around the waist.
This dark green sweater dress is so good for work! It’s form-fitting in all the right places. I love that it’s a wrap dress which helps me with the tummy and makes me look like I have a smaller waist. If you needed to make it look a bit more professional you could add a plaid blazer over it with some classic pumps.
