After these last few weeks of holiday eating it’s officially time to get back into my workout routine. My first day back to yoga last night was NOT easy! I know it will be a few weeks before I’m not waking up sore every morning, but once I get past the hump it’s so worth it. Since it is a new year I needed some new workout wear. I’ve started running outside and with the colder weather I needed some new full length yoga pants to keep me warm. With these cute new yoga pants, my favorite puffer vest, and an ear warmer I have all the inspiration I need to get back in the swing of things!

I’m not one to go to the gym and make myself do a workout. I have to have someone pushing me which probably stems from being a cheerleader growing up. My friends and I started a workout DVD called T25 last summer, and I absolutely love it. It’s 25 minutes of a complete total body workout. We held each other accountable so we would stick to it, and after just two weeks I was surprised how much of a change I could see. I don’t prefer to do T25 every day because I love yoga so I’ve incorporated at least 1-2 yoga sessions into my routine. Last, I never thought I would be a runner, but last summer I started running at an interval training gym and now I actually enjoy going outside to run. Plus, Jaxson always needs to go on a walk!
