Everything about this dress says summer to me. Most of you know I live in Texas, and our summers are hot, hot, hot. Coincidentally, the color of this multi stripe maxi dress is called “hot pepper”. Perfect fit for the Texas heat! I love the bright rainbow stripe pattern, and I’m a huge fan of anything with a high neckline.
