LOOKING AHEAD TO 2019

It’s that time of year when we start reflecting on this past year and looking ahead to next year. I’ll be honest… A lot changed in my industry this year. It was pretty darn challenging, but what can you do? There will always be struggles along the way and you have to learn how to work through them. Overall, I can’t complain because this year was still a stellar year by far.

I had the privilege of working with some amazing brands like Ann Taylor on a consistent basis this year. I didn’t start working with them until this summer, but I had a meeting with them in the spring where they actually thought I was already working with them because I posted so much of their stuff. Even if I hadn’t started partnering with them I’d still be posting about their clothes because I truly love their quality and brand. I think this just goes to show people will notice your hard work 🙂

Speaking of hard work… Don’t we all deserve to “treat yo self” for crushing it at work this year? I think so. Even though this is the season of giving be sure to give to yourself. We put so much pressure on ourselves in a year that we need to cut ourselves a break. So if you really wanted that cute blouse or great pair of new pumps now is the time to buy!

But seriously… Ann Taylor is having such good sales right now and I bet some more until the end of the year. So if you’ve been wearing the same pair of black pumps to work for years go buy a new pair! I’m sure you’ll get your money worth 😉
