MY GIRLS NIGHT OUTFIT ESSENTIALS{In partnership with Downy}

It’s no secret I’m not in college anymore… That means my version of girls night out has changed a bit. We wouldn’t be caught dead in a smoky old dive bar (well, most of the time!). I still remember coming home and my clothes smelling like an ashtray. My clothes may not smell like an ashtray anymore, but they do still pick up some interesting smells when I go out with the girls. We have a favorite Mexican restaurant, and I usually smell like fajitas after dinner––HA!  However, not anymore! Now that I’m using Downy Protect & Refresh in my laundry routine my clothes stay smelling fresh all night long.

MY GIRLS NIGHT OUTFIT ESSENTIALS Downy Protect & Refresh I’d never skip putting on deodorant (duh) before going out on the town. So when I started thinking about it, why would I skip it for my clothes? This black sweater dress is one of my favorite dresses, but the sweater material is like a magnet.  Downy Protect & Refresh protects my sweater dress from stretching, fading, and fuzz, AND gives it all-day odor protection from picking up gross smells all day—like deodorant for your clothes! Detergent alone can’t do that!

Since I’m a single girl, I have to make sure I look good and more importantly smell good all night long. My perfume may wear off after dinner, but chances are I’m still going out for drinks after dinner with the girls. With Downy Protect & Refresh I know I smell good until 2 am—and after!

If you ask me, why wouldn’t you use Downy Protect & Refresh? It’s not hard, and only one extra little thing while you are doing laundry. Just pour it into the fabric conditioner dispenser right after adding your detergent—no need to wait for the rinse cycle. Aren’t 2 extra seconds of your time worth 24-hours of smelling good? Next time you’re at the store grab a bottle and try it for yourself. Unless you really don’t like smelling good 😉
