Boho Beach Chic

A few weeks ago I helped host the BCBGeneration store opening here in Dallas where I wore this boho chic outfit. I’m a huge BCBG fan, and was extremely excited to host this event with a few other Dallas bloggers. We were each asked to style an outfit for the event showcasing our own personal style. Most of you know I live by three little words when it comes to my style – simple, sophisticated, chic – and I stayed true to that while styling this boho chic beach outfit.

I’ve been dying to get to the beach, and as soon as I spotted this printed beach wrap I knew it was the basis for my entire outfit. It’s the perfect beach essential, but I never thought about wearing it with anything other than a swimsuit. I had also eyed these sailor stripe skort which brings in the sophisticated element. The white pom-pom crop top is the simple aspect of this outfit because you could easily wear the shorts and top alone. These cut-out lace-up booties add the finishing touch making this entire outfit chic.
