BODY RESET PROGRAM UPDATE

I’m not going to lie… I’m pretty darn proud of my self for sticking with this “body reset” program for 4 weeks now! I’ve got 2 more weeks to go, but since I cheated big time over the weekend for my friends wedding I’m going to add on an extra few days. Life happens so gotta adjust! I’ve given you all the details on my workouts and what I’ve been eating over the last 4-weeks so today I decide to give you an update on how my body is feeling and if I feel like this is really working.

So the question… Is it working? YES!! The very first thing I started to notice is I was sleeping much much better. I haven’t had any body aches or pains when I wake up. I definitely think the vitamins are key to this body reset.

Also, I’ve only had a handful of days where I’ve felt super bloated. This was happening almost every single day beforehand. I’ll absolutely contribute this change to the dieting/eating part of this journey. Over the weekend, I didn’t really stick to my diet but I had already planned this when I started so I didn’t feel guilty. BUT… I will say even though I gave myself a pass to eat whatever I wanted I honestly didn’t really feel like it or find myself reaching for every single carb I could find!

Now the other question… Have I seen a difference in my appearance? Yep! It’s not a lot or where I really want to be, but I can look in the mirror and see a difference in my waist and a decrease in belly fat! I’m not sure I’ll reach my ideal goal by the end of this 6-week journey but I’m okay with that because I think this will become a part of my lifestyle moving forward!
