SHINE BRIGHT FOR THE NEW YEAR
I seriously can’t believe we are at the end of 2018! I feel like every year goes by faster and faster. But, don’t we all? Since New Year’s Eve is just around the corner let’s talk about how to ring in the new year. I’m going to a black tie party so I need a long dress so I can shine bright and say hello to 2019 in style!
When I was in high school and college I always used to shop at BCBGMaxazria for any type of formal dress. Over the years, I haven’t had a ton of formal events so I kinda forgot how many amazing dresses you can find at BCBGMaxazria. Not going to lie… Finding a dress to wear for NYE in Dallas with a chance of someone else wearing the same dress is hard. I mean there will be about 1500 people at this NYE party so I wanted to find a dress that stands out. When I found this BCBGMaxazria pleated metallic dress it was the perfect choice. The black, gold, and silver pattern are the perfect NYE combo!

I might belt this dress to give my body a bit more shape. Also, I’m thinking about wearing my hair in a top knot since the neckline is high. I feel like when you wear your hair up with a dress like this it draws peoples attention all the way up the dress. You can keep the accessories minimal with this dress since it shines on it’s own, but I’ll probably wear a pair of statement earrings to pull it all together!
