Guess what? Thanksgiving is only 5 weeks away… Yes, you heard that right! That means travel season is upon us, and my parents have already started asking me when I’ll be coming home for the holidays. Anyone else? It’s nice that I only live 3 hours away from home because that means I don’t have to worry about packing a giant suitcase. Usually, I can get everything into a carry on or travel tote. Luckily, I just got this new Barrington Gifts duffel bag for my journey home this year!
BARRINGTON GIFTS FAVORITES
If you’ve never heard of Barrington Gifts they are a Dallas based company which I got turned onto earlier this year. Obviously, I love supporting any local business. I especially love supporting a local business with cute custom designed handbags. I’ve never been a huge fan of monogrammed handbags, but when it comes to traveling this can be extremely beneficial. I mean no one is going to want to try and steal a duffel bag with my initials “BLB” right on the front. Plus, if your bag gets lost at the airport it’ll be way easier to describe!
I love that Barrington Gifts has so many pattern and color options. You can personalize the bag to match your style perfectly. It only took me like 2 hours to decide which print, stripe color and initial detail I wanted on each of my bags. You all know I don’t do a lot of bright colors… So I stuck with the classic black and brown combo. But, for those of you who do love color you can get crazy! Your bag will probably be even easier to spot with hot pink on it!
Besides traveling this holiday season, I was in need of a new work tote. I’ve gotten in the habit of carrying my laptop in my hands while trying to juggle my keys and a coffee… Word of advice. Not the smartest thing to do. I dropped my laptop face down on the concrete a few months ago. Somehow it didn’t break, but I highly recommend getting the Barrington Gifts computer case and the St. Anne Tote so you don’t do something stupid like me!
The last item I got from Barrington Gifts was this cute book jacket with notepad. I signed up for a women’s bible study at my church so this notebook was exactly what I needed for the class. And, once you’ve gone through the entire notepad you still have the cute book jacket for your next project.
So if you’re in the market for a new weekend travel bag or work tote then you have to get it from Barrington Gifts. The quality is some of the best I’ve ever seen, and like I mentioned earlier you’re helping out a local business.
Also… If you are starting to think about holiday gifts any of their products would be an amazing holiday gift this season. I’m sure you can think of someone who would love to open a monogrammed bag this Christmas. I know about 10 people off the top of my head who would love one!

*Thanks Barrington Gifts for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
How is Thanksgiving already coming up that quickly? Love both of these bags. The weekender looks like a Louis Vuitton!

A bag is a must-have accessory during your trips. A carryall and tote bags are my favorites. I like the way you style carryall with a relaxed sweater and ripped jeans, simple, ladylike and functional. I also made a post about fashion tips for ladies who are about to travel, have a look, hope you like it:

I am so envy with your style, I love it. Its funny, as I remember Elsa Schiaparelli who told “Women dress alike all over the world: they dress to be annoying to other women.”
