Hey y’all! I’m in Las Vegas for the next 48 hours to attend the Virtuoso travel conference. I’m attending on behalf of Strong Travel, a Dallas based travel agency, as I’ve recently partnered with them to up my travel game. Since my 30th birthday is 2 months away I really wanted to create the ultimate vacation, and Strong Travel is helping me do just that. That being said, I’m going to start dedicating Tuesdays to travel featuring a different potential destination for my birthday trip. I want to get you all involved so I’d love your comments/feedback on each post to help me decide where to go!!

Let’s get this “Travel Tuesday” series going with a little breakdown of what I love to do with 48 hours in Las Vegas, and what I’ll be checking out this week!

HOTEL:

Step outside, and soak in the Las Vegas sun from the desert oasis of ARIA’s three ellipse-shaped pools.

The Aria is one of Vegas’ newest hotels on the strip and I’m uber excited to stay at the hotel. You’ll definitely want to follow on Snapchat for more behind the scenes of my visit. It has an ultra-glam theme and the entire hotel is VERY nice. It’s also huge, so you have everything from fine dining to Starbucks all downstairs from your room. Aria has a couple beautiful pools too (necessary for a summer trip to Vegas), and Liquid is their adult-only pool if you’re looking to let loose.

BEST LATE NIGHT PIZZA:

Secret Pizza is Vegas’ best little late night spot to grab a slice (or two) after a night of drinking and dancing, and not too many people know about it. But if you ask around in The Cosmopolitan hotel, you’ll be able to find and enjoy this gem. I definitely went there twice on my last trip…oops! It’s that good.

NEON MUSEUM:

The place where neon signs go to die, haha! This place is really cool and it’s a nice break from the Vegas strip. It’s literally a big dirt lot with hundreds of old neon signs. It’s a fun place to explore AND it makes for amazing Instagram pics. I’d advise to go early in the day or at night when the heat isn’t as intense since you are outside. Don’t forget your camera!

BELLAGIO FOUNTAINS:

The fountains outside the Bellagio are pretty famous—and are the backdrops to a ton of movies, like The Hangover—and for good reason. They are HUGE and beautiful, especially at night when they light the water up. There are places to sit and watch the water show, so I love to grab a cocktail and just hang out there before starting my night.

YOGA WITH THE DOLPHINS:

Yes, you read that right 😉 The Mirage spa offers yoga you’ll probably never see anywhere else, or at least I haven’t! It’s a normal yoga class but you take it in a room surrounded by windows into the dolphin tank. It’s not only super relaxing and unique, but the dolphins are known to come up to the windows and chat. Yoga is the perfect way to detox and relax a bit while in such a fast-paced spot like Vegas.

BRITNEY SPEARS OR J. LO:

Both of these superstars have current gigs at Planet Hollywood and each are getting excellent reviews. Last fall, my roommate had a work trip and asked me if I wanted to go with her to see Britney…uh yea! I’d seen her in concert once before so I was interested to see how her performance would be these days. You will NOT be disappointed. If you’re a mega Britney fan like me and my roommate then you will be so excited to re-live the good ole B Spears days.

Do you guys like the idea of Travel Tuesdays? What else should I do while in Vegas?
